Brach Tiller is a contemporary artist who was born in 1991. Based in Detroit, he received his BFA from Bowling Green State University and is currently in the process of obtaining his MFA at Cranbrook Academy of Art.
Working predominantly in acrylics, his paintings are created in a hard-edge manner and with a saturated, bright palette. He employs subtle intimations of humor in his imagery to address and also deal with the seriousness of the human condition. Tiller’s work has been shown in solo and group exhibitions across the United States as well as numerous group exhibitions in Paris, Munich, and Antwerp.
